It’s the spookiest time of the year. Goons and Goblins are coming out of the woodworks to give us a freight this Tuesday for Halloween. If your jack-o-lanterns are ready but you want some more spooky things to do, check out some of these events in St. Petersburg.

  1.  Haunted Heritage Hikes: Halloween Edition – Pinellas Pioneer Settlement

This one is not for the faint of heart. For $10, you can take a hike through woods and building guaranteed to make you scream. Note, that this event is not particularly kid or scaredy-pants friendly. The dates for this event vary: October 27th and 28th every hour from 7 – 10 p.m. and October 29th every hour from 7 – 9 p.m.

  1. Howl-O-Ween Pet Fest & Pawrade – 3 Daughters Brewing

PUPPIES YAAAS! A pet adoption and a furry friend parade will be held along with a costume and float contest, all for free. Or you can just grab a beer and ask everyone if you can please pet their pup. The event benefits Humane Education Connection’s Canines Helping Kids in Crisis program.

Oct. 28th, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

  1. Stranger Things 80s Halloween Costume Party – The Bends

This tiny concert bar will be hosting a full-blown 80s costume party. Side note, this is a 21 and up event. Come hang out in the bar transformed into a into a small town in Indiana in 1983. They also have a line up of live music and DJs. No cover for this event either.

Oct. 28th, 10 p.m. – 3 a.m.

  1. Ghouls Gone Wild Halloween Night – The Bends

Can’t make it to the Stranger Things party and don’t have class on Wednesday morning? Come out on Halloween night to enjoy live music from Moon Flag, Joe Seul and Big Chris the Movie. Last year they made blood bag cocktails and this year will be even spookier! No cover once again, and this is also a 21 and up event.

10 p.m. – 3 a.m.
